Debra received her Baccalaureate and Master degrees at the University of WashingtonSchool of Nursing. As a registered nurse for over 26 years, she has a broad range of nursing experience including community heal
th, home healthcare, flight nursing, teaching, research, inpatient care and emergency nursing. Her depth and range of experience provides a strong basis for completing thorough and insightful evaluations of her clients’ needs.
As an emergency room nurse, Debra often came in contact with elderly and special needs patients in urgent need of alternative living arrangements. Many families were overwhelmed by the numerous dependent care options available in the Seattle area. Her job now is to help ease this search. Debra is dedicated to providing a caring and professional resource when this difficult decision must be made and a nursing home alternative is desired.

Debra is a co-founder for a non-profit professional organization working to support and enhance adult family homes in Washington State: the Adult Family Home Nurses’ Association (AFHNA).
